Privacy notice

Scope

This notice applies to LulaSign public pages, customer workspaces, recipient signing sessions, public verification, support interactions and the operational records needed to provide and protect the service.

Information processed

Depending on the workflow, LulaSign may process account and organisation details, recipient contact details, documents supplied by the customer, signing actions, consent and completion times, delivery events, security records, verification information, billing records and support correspondence.

Why information is used

Information is used to provide the requested signing workflow, authenticate users, deliver invitations, complete and verify documents, administer subscriptions, maintain security, respond to support, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate service interests.

Customer and LulaSign responsibilities

The customer determines why its documents and recipient information are processed and must have an appropriate lawful basis. LulaSign processes that information to provide the contracted service and also acts for its own legitimate legal, security, billing and operational obligations where applicable.

Public verification

Public verification is designed to disclose only the information appropriate for checking a completed result. More sensitive evidence remains subject to access controls and a defined purpose rather than public availability.

Retention and deletion

Temporary document storage, final customer handover files, operational records and longer-lived proof records can have different retention periods. Support requests are also kept for a stated period rather than indefinitely: attached files, then the description and replies, are removed after the request is closed, and a request about a payment is held longer because it is a financial record. Service providers and transfers

LulaSign uses hosting, storage, communications, payment and monitoring services to operate the platform. See the service-provider information for the categories and how to request the current provider names, locations and transfer details relevant to your agreement.

Security

LulaSign applies technical and organisational controls appropriate to the service, including access control, operational logging, protected secrets, service monitoring and controlled evidence access. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your requests

Use the privacy contact identified in the service terms, invoice or account communication to request access, correction, objection, restriction or deletion where the applicable law provides that right. LulaSign may need to verify identity and authority before disclosing information.
