Lawful documents and contact

You must have authority and an appropriate lawful basis to upload each document, process each recipient’s information and send each invitation.

Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, coercion or misleading signing requests.
• Malware, harmful code, abusive files or attempts to compromise the service.
• Unauthorised access, testing, scraping, rate-limit bypass or account sharing.
• Using LulaSign to bypass a required signing formality or legal process.
• Unsolicited bulk communication or use that violates recipient rights.
• Infringing intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy or other rights.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for document accuracy, recipient details, workspace access, role assignment, legal suitability and the consequences of sending the request.

Enforcement

LulaSign may restrict, suspend, preserve or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or systems, comply with law or enforce the service terms.
