Stamp serials

Every stamp applied through LulaSign has its own serial; anyone with the document can check it on Verify a document.

Updated 19 October 2026

Every stamp applied through LulaSign gets its own serial, such as ST-7Q4MK-2K9PX. Copies made with Stamp every page each get their own.

Check a serial

Anyone with the signed document can enter the serial on Verify a document - no account needed. The signing record shows the stamp: what it is, who applied it, when and on which page. If the stamp has been marked superseded, the page says so, with the note explaining why.

To print the serial on the stamp itself, insert the Stamp serial detail into any of its text in the Stamp Studio - "No. {serial}", for example. Until you finish signing it shows as ST-?????-?????; the real serial is given when you finish.

Find the stamps you applied

Your own stamps, with their serials, are listed under Stamps I applied (menu at the top right, then Signature, initials & stamps, Stamps I applied tab). See Organisation seals and the stamp register.
